You can enable Spam Settings via My Account.
Once you login, hover over Profile then select Spam Settings from the sub menu.
In this section you can assign a score to each email, depending on how spam-like the email. A score of 1 will stop all spam, but other mail as well. A score of 15 will allow a lot of spam. Starting at the default of 5 is safest. You can always adjust later. To save your settings, click Save/Enable Settings. Your Spam Settings have now been enabled.
- Mark messages as Spam
If checked, this option will add ****Spam?**** to the Subject line of every message that exceeds the selected Spam score. The user can configure their mail application to sort e-mail by this tag into a separate folder, or they can just use this to distinguish Spam messages within the Inbox. To save your settings, click Save/Enable Settings. Your Spam Settings have now been enabled.
- Quarantine Spam
If checked, this option will automatically move messages to the Spam folder in Webmail, once they exceed the selected Spam score. Customers are recommended to begin by just marking messages, and once they have found their ideal tolerance level they can enable spam quarantining at the same score, or even slightly higher. The lower this score is (e.g. 13), the more likely that legitimate emails will be quarantined by mistake. To save your settings, click Save/Enable Settings. Your Spam Settings have now been enabled.
Spam Allow/Deny List
Customers can add up to 50 entries to be either be allowed or denied by Spam Settings. Allow means the email will not be marked or quarantined, regardless of Spam score. Deny means the email will be deleted from the server immediately, without notification to the sender or recipient, regardless of Spam score.
