Email Configuration Instructions

 

Outlook 2010

  1. Open Outlook, and select the File menu.
  2. Click Account Settings and then click Account Settings again in the box that pops up.
  3. Select your Email Account and click Change.
  4. Update the Following Information:
    • E-mail Address: username@imag.net
  5. Click Next.
  6. Click Finish.

 

Outlook 2007

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Click the Tool menu and select Account Settings.
  3. Select your Email Account and click Change.
  4. Update the Following Information:
    • E-mail Address: username@imag.net
  5. Click Next.
  6. Click Finish.

 

Outlook 2002/2003

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Click Tools and then Email Accounts.
  3. Select View or Change existing E-mail Accounts and click Next.
  4. Update the Following Information:
    • E-mail Address: username@imag.net
  5. Click Next.
  6. Click Finish.

 

Outlook Express/Outlook 2000/Windows Mail 6 (Vista)

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Click Tools and then Accounts.
  3. Select your Email Account and click Properties.
  4. On the General tab update the Email address to username@imag.net
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Close.

 

Windows Live Mail

  1. Open Windows Live Mail.
  2. On the left hand side find the Account Name, it should be above the Inbox.
  3. Right click on the account name and choose properties.
  4. On the General tab update the Email address to: username@imag.net
  5. Click OK.

 

Thunderbird

  1. Open Thunderbird.
  2. Click Tools and then Account Settings.
  3. On the left side select your email account.
  4. On the right side update your email address to: username@imag.net
  5. Click OK and then OK again.

 

MacMail 1

  1. Open Mac Mail.
  2. Click the Mail menu and then Preferences.
  3. Ensure the Accounts section is selected.
  4. Select your mail account and click Edit.
  5. On the Account Information screen type in the following information:
    • Email Address: username@imag.net
  6. Click OK, then OK again and close the accounts screen.

 

MacMail 2

  1. Open Mac Mail.
  2. Click the Mail menu and then Preferences.
  3. Ensure the Accounts section is selected.
  4. On the left hand side select your mail account.
  5. On the Account Information screen type in the following information:
    • Email Address: username@imag.net
  6. Click OK, and then close the accounts screen.

 

MacMail 3/4

  1. Open Mac Mail.
  2. Click the Mail menu and then Preferences.
  3. Ensure the Accounts section is selected.
  4. On the left hand side select your mail account.
  5. On the Account Information screen type in the following information:
    • Email Address: username@imag.net
  6. Click OK, and then close the accounts screen.

 

Entourage

  1. Open Entourage.
  2. Click the Tools menu and click Accounts.
  3. Select your mail account and click Edit.
  4. On the Accounts Setting screen change the following information:
    • E-mail address: username@imag.net
  5. Click OK and close the Accounts window.
