Digital Phone Service Hardware Requirements
To make Internet phone calls with your Uniserve digital phone plan, you’ll need:
- Any standard touch-tone phone
- A Uniserve Digital Phone Adapter* (free rental or $99.95 to purchase)
- A high speed Internet connection
Bonus: You can take your digital phone adapter anywhere, plug it into any high speed Internet connection and enjoy all the benefits of your Uniserve digital phone service!
Please note: Your adapter will work with any phone, but if you wish to use your digital phone service with more than one phone in your house, you will need an electrician to reroute your wiring.
*A Uniserve Digital Phone Adapter is not required for Qconnect buildings within the city of Coquitlam.
