Cloud Beta Service Level Agreement

1. Coverage and Definitions

 

This Free Cloud Beta Service Level Agreement (SLA) applies to you (“Customer”) if you have ordered a Free Beta SmartMachine from Uniserve (the “Services”). As used herein, the term “Availability” means the percentage of a particular month (based on 24-hour days for the number of days in the subject month) that the content of customer’s hosted system is available for access by third parties via HTTP and HTTPS, as measured by Uniserve.

 

2. Service Level

 

Goal: Uniserve’s Free Cloud Beta goal is to provide best efforts availability for all customers. Uptimes cannot be guaranteed and downtimes may occur without notice.

 

Remedy: Customers are strongly advised to keep current backups of their data. Maintaining backups are the responsibility of the Customer.

 

3. Limitations

 

Uniserve’s Free Cloud Beta is intended for testing purposes only. Customers may not host productions services within their Beta Smartmachines.
Any customer determined to be in abuse of their Free Cloud Beta SmartMachine account will have their account terminated immediately without notice.

 

4. Support

 

Beta support is limited to email and web resources.
