Our Customers
Uniserve has been provisioning Internet connectivity services primarily to rural consumers since the late 1980's. The Company recently added telephone, fax, and Voice over IP services to its existing high speed cable, ADSL, high speed wireless and hosting services beginning in the summer of 2005.
Uniserve's customer base is concentrated in Western Canada, Ontario and Quebec and will continue to expand eastward through the acquisition of complementary businesses. Marketing efforts target urban and rural small and medium sized businesses and rural consumers.
Uniserve provides an environment for small business to test new technologies risk free and combine them with traditional communications products supported by on-line resources and an award winning 24/7 call centre. Services to rural consumers, traditionally underserved by the incumbents, remain a market focus with tailored services offered through regional web portals and region specific marketing campaigns.
